Jobber + Pipeline CRM Integration
Every new Jobber client becomes a record in Pipeline CRM. Automatically.
Your crew runs the day in Jobber: clients, work requests, quotes, jobs. Your sales pipeline lives in Pipeline CRM. This managed connection carries new Jobber clients, requests, and quote updates into Pipeline CRM the moment they happen, one way, so your pipeline reflects the work without anyone retyping it. No CSV exports. No brittle Zapier zap. No double entry.

What lands in Pipeline CRM
Client name and email (the dedup key), plus phone, company, and the service address from the property record.
Opened from the Jobber work request, valued from the quote total, with source set to “Jobber”.
Quote status changes (sent, approved, converted) are logged as activity on the person and deal.
At a Glance
The Jobber integration for Pipeline CRM is a managed, one-way connection that turns new Jobber clients, work requests, and quotes into people and deals in Pipeline CRM. When a client is added in Jobber, they land in Pipeline CRM as a person, deduplicated on email so an existing contact is updated rather than duplicated. A new work request opens a deal, the quote total becomes the deal value, and quote status changes are logged as activity, so reps and owners can see sales progress without opening Jobber. Data flows from Jobber into Pipeline CRM, driven by Jobber’s webhooks, so records arrive as events happen rather than on a nightly batch. This is a fully managed service: Pipeline Connect builds and runs the connection for you from $99/month. Built for home-service and trades businesses that run operations in Jobber and want their sales pipeline in Pipeline CRM to stay current on its own.
Five manual steps, or none
Most Jobber shops already know this grind: everything gets entered twice, once in Jobber for the crew and once in the CRM for sales. Here is the busywork this connection deletes.
Doing it by hand
Every new client, every time
- Notice the new client or work request in Jobber
- Retype the name, email, phone, and company into Pipeline CRM
- Copy the service address over from the property record
- Create a deal, type in the quote total, set the source
- Remember to update the deal when the quote is approved
~5 minutes · duplicates · stale deal values
With Pipeline Connect
You do nothing. It’s already done
- Contact created or updated the moment the client is added in Jobber
- Phone, company, and service address land on the record automatically
- Deal opened from the work request, valued from the quote
- Quote status changes logged so reps see progress without asking
- Connection monitored and maintained for you
0 minutes · no duplicates · deal values that match your quotes

What you’ll need to get started
If you’re already running your business in Jobber, you have everything below. Here’s how the responsibility splits between you and the Pipeline CRM team during onboarding.
You provide
- A Jobber account with clients, requests, or quotes in active use. No special Jobber plan tier is required
- Admin access to your Jobber account so you can approve the connection on Jobber’s OAuth screen
- A Pipeline CRM account where the people and deals should land
- ~15 minutes to submit details through the secure signup form
We handle
- API connection, OAuth, and automatic token refresh to keep the connection live. If access is ever revoked or a password changes, we help you reconnect
- Webhook subscriptions with Jobber so new clients, requests, and quote updates arrive as they happen
- Field-mapping configuration, the defaults below plus any custom fields you use
- End-to-end testing with live test records before we flip the integration on
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance, with fixes if Jobber changes anything on their side
Work happens in Jobber. The pipeline updates itself
Your office adds the client, logs the request, sends the quote, exactly as they do today. Everything after that is CRM work your team no longer does.
Action
A new client is added in Jobber
That’s it. Nothing to export, nothing to copy over.
Here is exactly what moves, field by field. Data flows one way, from Jobber into Pipeline CRM, driven by Jobber’s webhook events. Field mapping is set up by the Pipeline CRM team during your 5-business-day onboarding; the defaults below cover the typical Jobber shop, and the exact trigger set and any custom mappings are scoped with you before the build.
| Jobber field | Maps to in Pipeline CRM | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| client.firstName + lastName | Person: First Name + Last Name | Jobber stores first and last name separately, so names arrive clean with no splitting |
| client.emails (primary) | Person: Email | Dedup key. An existing person is updated, not duplicated. |
| client.phones (primary) | Person: Phone | When the Jobber client record has one |
| client.companyName | Person: Company Name | When set. Left blank for homeowner clients without a company. |
| property.address | Person: Address | Street, city, state, and ZIP from the client’s service property |
| request.title | Deal: Name | A new work request opens a deal named “Jobber: {request title}” |
| quote.amounts.total | Deal: Value | The quote total becomes the deal value and is updated if the quote is revised |
| quote.quoteStatus | Activity: note on person + deal | Status changes (sent, approved, converted) are logged so reps see quote progress |
| (generated) | Deal: Source | Literal: “Jobber”. For source-of-deal attribution. |
Who runs Jobber alongside Pipeline CRM
Scenario 1: HVAC company where the office enters everything twice
The situation: A 14-person HVAC company books service calls and installs in Jobber. The owner tracks install and replacement opportunities in Pipeline CRM because that is where the sales follow-up lives. The office manager re-keys every new Jobber client into the CRM by hand, usually in a Friday batch, so the pipeline runs a week behind and half the records are missing a phone number or address.
With Pipeline Connect: The moment a client is added in Jobber, the person appears in Pipeline CRM with email, phone, company, and the service address already filled in. New work requests open deals the same way. The Friday batch disappears, and the pipeline reflects this week’s work, not last week’s.
Verdict: If your office enters every customer twice, Pipeline Connect deletes the second entry for $99/month, and the records arrive complete.
Scenario 2: Landscaping contractor whose forecast never matches the quotes
The situation: A commercial landscaping contractor sends 30 to 40 quotes a month from Jobber. Sales meetings run out of Pipeline CRM, but deal values are typed in from memory and quote approvals reach the CRM days late, if at all. The monthly forecast is built on numbers nobody fully trusts.
With Pipeline Connect: Every quote total lands as the deal value automatically and updates when the quote is revised. When a quote is approved in Jobber, the status change is logged on the deal the same day it happens. The forecast is built from the same numbers the quotes were sent with.
Verdict: If your pipeline numbers drift from your Jobber quotes, Pipeline Connect keeps them identical for $99/month, with no one re-typing values.
Scenario 3: Plumbing company replacing a broken Zapier zap
The situation: A 20-person plumbing and heating company wired Jobber to Pipeline CRM through Zapier. The zap silently stops whenever a field changes or a task errors out, and nobody notices until a rep asks why new customers are missing. The office admin spends hours re-running failed tasks, on top of the Zapier subscription itself.
With Pipeline Connect: Pipeline CRM’s team builds and runs the connection. Our team monitors the connection and handles fixes, so nobody on your side has to troubleshoot it. Total cost: $99/month with $0 setup fee, and the plan covers up to 5 integrations, not just this one.
Verdict: If you’re paying for Zapier and still losing records when it breaks, Pipeline Connect replaces the zap with a managed connection that someone else is responsible for.
New Jobber clients, requests, and quotes show up in your pipeline on their own.

How does the Jobber integration work?
You authorize the connection once through Jobber’s standard OAuth screen. From then on, Jobber notifies our integration through its webhook events as things happen in your account: a new client is added, a work request comes in, a quote is sent or approved. The integration reads the details from Jobber’s API and creates or updates the matching records in Pipeline CRM: the client becomes a person (matched on email, so existing contacts are updated rather than duplicated), the work request opens a deal, the quote total sets the deal value, and quote status changes are logged as activity. It runs on its own once it’s live; your team keeps working in Jobber exactly as before.
Does data flow both ways?
No, and that is by design. This integration moves data in one direction: from Jobber into Pipeline CRM. Changes you make in Pipeline CRM are not written back to Jobber, so your Jobber account stays the untouched system of record for operations, and there is no risk of the CRM overwriting a client your office manages in Jobber. If your workflow needs data flowing in the other direction as well, that is quoted separately as a custom scope; mention it on your sales call and we will spec it with you.
Do I need a specific Jobber plan?
No special Jobber plan tier is required. What you need is admin access to your Jobber account, because Jobber asks an admin to approve the connection on its authorization screen, and that approval defines exactly what the integration can read. You will also need an active Pipeline CRM subscription (plans start at $25/user/month, billed annually) for the records to land in.
What happens if a client already exists in Pipeline CRM?
The integration matches on email address before creating anything. If a person with the same email already exists in Pipeline CRM, that record is updated with the latest details from Jobber instead of a duplicate being created. Repeat customers in Jobber therefore keep a single, growing history in Pipeline CRM. If a Jobber client has no email address on file, we agree on the fallback behavior during scoping so it matches how your team works.
How long does setup take?
Pipeline Connect goes live in 5 business days from the moment you authorize your Jobber account through our secure signup form. You don’t configure anything yourself. Our team scopes the trigger set with you, connects your Jobber account, subscribes to the webhook events, maps fields, configures deduplication, and tests end to end with live test records before flipping it on.
Is there a limit on how many businesses can connect Jobber?
Yes, for now. Jobber lets a private integration like this one connect up to 5 paying Jobber accounts; past that, Jobber requires the app to go through its marketplace review. In practice that means we onboard Jobber connections in small batches. If you want this integration, say so on your sales call and we will confirm current availability and timing with you honestly before you commit to anything.
How is this different from connecting Jobber and Pipeline CRM through Zapier?
Zapier puts the setup, maintenance, and debugging on you: you build the zap, you patch it when a field changes, and you usually find out it broke from your reps. Pipeline Connect is fully managed for $99/month. Our team builds the integration against Jobber’s API, maps it specifically to how Pipeline CRM handles people, deals, and activities, monitors it, and fixes it if it breaks. There is no Zapier subscription, no zap to maintain, and no third-party dashboard to log into; one bill from Pipeline CRM covers everything. If you prefer the DIY route, Jobber and Pipeline CRM do both have Zapier apps, and our Zapier integration page covers that path.
