What shipped in Pipeline CRM

Pipeline CRM ships all year rather than once a year. This is the record of what reached accounts between January and August 2026, what each change does, and where to read more.

Most recent

Pipeline Connect

A managed integration service, live since late July. We build and maintain the connection for you.

Delivery

Deliver the work you sold

The biggest change this year moved delivery into the CRM.

  • Project management

Run post-sale delivery inside the CRM. Projects, milestones and tasks sit next to the deal that created them, so client onboarding, service delivery and construction phases stop living in a separate tool.

On Grow · an admin or owner sets up templates and milestones

Integrations

Connect the tools around it

Three releases went into the connections between Pipeline CRM and the rest of the stack.

  • Pipeline Connect

A managed integration service. We build the connection, host it and maintain it for you, so nobody on your team opens an automation tool or writes code.

  • Zapier, rebuilt

The Zapier integration was rebuilt on a wider set of triggers and actions, covering lead capture, contact sync and alerts.

Connects with an API key from your account settings

  • RingCentral call recording

Find, play and download RingCentral call recordings straight from the Pipeline CRM record they belong to.

Daily use

Work the way your team works

Smaller changes, felt daily.

  • Dark mode

Switch Pipeline CRM between Light, Dark and System themes.

    Each person chooses their own

  • French and Spanish

Pipeline CRM is now available in French and Spanish.

  • Offline mode on mobile

  • Browser notifications

Get task assignments, mentions and calendar reminders even when the Pipeline CRM tab is minimized.

Turn on per browser, on each device you use

  • Training videos in the app

Video tutorials for account settings, custom fields, automation and email setup, reachable without leaving the product.

Data entry

Less typing

Four releases that take typing out of the day.

  • QuickFill templates

Fill a set of fields across companies, people and deals with pre-set values in one click.

    An admin creates the templates

  • Automatic deal amounts

Map the deal amount to a calculated custom field and it updates itself whenever the underlying values change.

An admin sets it up · needs a calculated custom field on the deal

  • Profile badges

Pin the record identifiers you use most to the profile header and copy any of them with one click.

An admin sets it up · the fields must already exist

  • Onboarding list defaults

Choose which list views a new user lands on, so their first day starts on the right data.

An admin sets it up in Settings, under Onboarding

Email and calendar

What leaves your inbox

Two changes to how Pipeline CRM handles what leaves your inbox and what comes back.

  • Outlook invite responses

See when a contact accepts, declines or tentatively answers a meeting invite, directly in your Pipeline CRM agenda.

Microsoft 365 Business calendars only, not Google Calendar or personal Outlook · an admin turns it on · you need to be the meeting organizer

  • BCC controls

Filtering

Find your work faster

Filtering got more precise.

  • Flexible date filters

What comes next
