For lead generation:
Click “Add” → “Find Leads” in Pipeline CRM, select Apollo.io, and set your search criteria. Choose how many leads to import (10, 20, 50, or 100), and Pipeline CRM pulls matching contacts with their company details.
For enrichment:
Toggle on “Enrich person records” and “Enrich company records” in the Apollo integration settings. Pipeline CRM automatically fills in missing details whenever you add or update a contact.

Apollo charges 1 credit per person and 1 credit per company. If you import 10 people from 8 different companies, that’s 18 credits total (10 for people + 8 for companies). Credits are only charged when valid data is found and imported.

Not unless you want it to. Pipeline CRM’s Apollo integration includes smart duplicate checking:
Go to Manage Imports and click the reload icon next to any previous import. This pre-fills your search criteria so you can easily refine and run similar searches without starting from scratch.
Currently, Apollo integration searches return both people and their associated companies. If you search by company criteria only, you’ll get people who work at those companies. If you search by people criteria only, you’ll get their company information too. This ensures every contact has complete context.
Yes. Pipeline CRM uses OAuth authentication (the same secure method used by Google and Microsoft) to connect with Apollo. We never see or store your Apollo password. All data transferred between Apollo and Pipeline CRM is encrypted, and we follow SOC 2 Type II security standards.
