Move BoldTrail leads into Pipeline CRM

One-way lead ingestion from BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) into Pipeline CRM.

Moving off BoldTrail, or want its leads working inside Pipeline CRM? Pipeline Connect captures every new BoldTrail contact and drops it into Pipeline CRM as a ready-to-work person and deal, and can migrate your existing BoldTrail contacts in one pass. Leads flow one way, out of BoldTrail and into Pipeline CRM, so your team runs the pipeline where the deals actually close. No CSV exports. No re-keying leads by hand.

Overview

At a Glance

The BoldTrail integration is a one-way lead-ingestion service that moves new leads and contacts out of BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) and into Pipeline CRM. Each new BoldTrail contact becomes a person in Pipeline CRM and, when you want it, a deal named for the lead, and Pipeline Connect can migrate your existing BoldTrail contacts in one pass. Pipeline Connect builds and runs it for you from $99/month.

Why it matters

Exporting leads by hand, or none of it

The clearest way to see what a managed integration is worth: the busywork it deletes, next to what it makes automatic.

Doing it by hand

Every BoldTrail lead, every time

  1. Notice a new lead sitting in BoldTrail
  2. Export a CSV, or retype the name, email, and phone
  3. Import or paste it into Pipeline CRM
  4. De-duplicate against contacts you already have
  5. Create a deal and tag its source by hand

slow  ·  duplicates  ·  leads slip through

With Pipeline Connect

You do nothing. It’s already in Pipeline CRM

  • Every new BoldTrail contact captured automatically
  • Matched on email, so an existing person is updated, not duplicated
  • Deal built and its source tagged “BoldTrail”
  • Existing BoldTrail contacts migrated in one pass
  • Monitored and maintained for you, one direction only

no exports  ·  no duplicates  ·  nothing missed

How it works

Three steps to your BoldTrail leads in Pipeline CRM

1

Connect

An admin generates a BoldTrail API token (Lead Engine, then Lead Dropbox) and hands it to us through a secure intake form. Pipeline CRM’s team handles the connection.

2

Map

We map your BoldTrail contact fields to Pipeline CRM people and deals, and confirm the direction is one-way, out of BoldTrail into Pipeline CRM only.

3

Capture

Every new BoldTrail lead flows into Pipeline CRM automatically, and we can migrate your existing contacts in one pass. Timeline depends on how much mapping and migration your setup needs.

What you need

What you’ll need to get started

If you already run leads through BoldTrail, you almost certainly have everything below. Here’s how the responsibility splits between you and the Pipeline CRM team during onboarding.

You provide

  • An active BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) account that is receiving leads and contacts
  • A BoldTrail API token from an account admin generated in Lead Engine, then Lead Dropbox, scoped to Contacts (or “All” for full field access) and supplied to Pipeline Connect
  • Confirmation you own the account and the lead data so we keep the flow strictly one-way, out of your own BoldTrail account
  • A fresh token once a year. BoldTrail tokens expire annually, so you regenerate and re-supply the token when it lapses

We handle

  • Developer-hub registration and API connection so your token reaches Pipeline CRM securely
  • Field mapping from your BoldTrail contact fields to Pipeline CRM people and deals
  • One-time migration of your existing BoldTrail contacts when you want your history moved over
  • End-to-end testing with a live test lead before we turn the integration on
  • Ongoing monitoring and maintenance, and we help you reconnect when your yearly token needs refreshing
What moves

A lead arrives in BoldTrail. It’s already in Pipeline CRM

One thing has to happen: a new lead lands in BoldTrail. Everything after that is work your team no longer does, moving one direction only.

Action

A new lead lands in BoldTrail

That’s it. No CSV to export, nothing to re-key.

The contact is created or updated for youName, email, and phone land on a Pipeline CRM person automatically. Matched on email, so an existing contact is updated, never duplicated.
A deal is built and its source taggedEach lead can open a deal named for the contact, with source set to “BoldTrail” for clean source-of-lead reporting.
It only ever moves one wayLeads flow out of BoldTrail into Pipeline CRM. Nothing is written back to BoldTrail, so Pipeline CRM is your single source of truth.

Here is exactly what moves, field by field. New BoldTrail contacts flow in in real time through BoldTrail’s contact webhook (a scheduled poll of the contacts API is the fallback), and the direction is one-way, BoldTrail into Pipeline CRM only. Field mapping is set up by the Pipeline CRM team during onboarding; the defaults below reflect a Contacts-scoped token, and additional fields are available with an “All”-scope token.

Who it’s for

Who moves BoldTrail leads into Pipeline CRM

Scenario 1: Brokerage switching off BoldTrail to Pipeline CRM

The situation: A 40-agent brokerage has decided to run its sales pipeline in Pipeline CRM, but years of leads and contacts still sit in BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE). Nobody wants to hand-export thousands of records, and new leads keep arriving in BoldTrail during the transition, so the team is afraid of dropping them mid-switch.

With Pipeline Connect: The Pipeline CRM team migrates the existing BoldTrail contacts in one pass, preserving each contact’s original capture date, and turns on one-way capture so every new BoldTrail lead keeps flowing into Pipeline CRM until the account is retired. Nothing is lost in the handoff.

Verdict: If you’re leaving BoldTrail, Pipeline Connect moves your history and catches new leads during the switch, so the move to Pipeline CRM is clean.

Scenario 2: Real-estate team standardizing its pipeline on Pipeline CRM

The situation: A real-estate sales team still captures some web and portal leads through BoldTrail, but runs its actual deal pipeline, reporting, and follow-up in Pipeline CRM. Reps copy the good BoldTrail leads across by hand, so leads land late, get duplicated, or never make it in at all.

With Pipeline Connect: Every new BoldTrail contact lands in Pipeline CRM as a person, deduplicated on email, with an optional deal and a “BoldTrail” source tag. Reps work one pipeline, and managers see accurate source-of-lead reporting instead of a partial picture.

Verdict: If your deals close in Pipeline CRM, this puts your BoldTrail leads where the work actually happens, one direction, no manual copying.

Scenario 3: Team consolidating two CRMs into one system of record

The situation: After a merger, a brokerage is running both BoldTrail and Pipeline CRM and wants a single source of truth. Leadership has chosen Pipeline CRM, but leads are still coming into BoldTrail from legacy sources, and duplicate data across two systems is a reporting headache.

With Pipeline Connect: Pipeline CRM’s team scopes the field mapping, migrates the BoldTrail contacts, and runs one-way ingestion so BoldTrail feeds Pipeline CRM while the team consolidates. Our team monitors the connection and handles fixes, so ops isn’t stuck babysitting it.

Verdict: If you’re consolidating onto one CRM, Pipeline Connect makes Pipeline CRM the system of record and keeps BoldTrail’s leads flowing in until you shut it off.

Talk to sales

Because moving off a competing CRM means mapping BoldTrail’s contact schema to yours, this is a custom build. Your Pipeline CRM team scopes the field mapping and any contact migration with you before provisioning, then confirms the plan fit. Pipeline CRM subscription required (starts at $25/user/month, billed annually). Pipeline Connect does not include the cost of your BoldTrail subscription. You bring your own BoldTrail account and API token. Prices in USD.

How does the BoldTrail integration work?

When a new lead or contact is created in your BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) account, our integration receives it in real time through BoldTrail’s contact webhook and creates the record in Pipeline CRM. The contact’s name, email, and phone go on a new person record (existing contacts are matched on email and updated, not duplicated), and an optional deal is created and named for the lead with source “BoldTrail”. The flow runs one direction only, out of BoldTrail and into Pipeline CRM, so nothing is written back to BoldTrail and Pipeline CRM stays your single source of truth.

Is this a two-way sync between BoldTrail and Pipeline CRM?

No. This is a one-way lead-ingestion integration. Leads and contacts move from BoldTrail into Pipeline CRM only, and nothing is written back to BoldTrail. It is built for teams that are moving off BoldTrail, or that want BoldTrail’s leads working inside Pipeline CRM as their pipeline system of record. It is not a peer sync and does not keep two live CRMs in step with each other.

Can I migrate my existing BoldTrail (kvCORE) contacts?

Yes. Alongside ongoing capture of new leads, the Pipeline CRM team can migrate your existing BoldTrail contacts into Pipeline CRM in one pass, deduplicated on email and with the original capture date preserved where available. This is the common path for brokerages and teams switching off BoldTrail: your history moves over and new leads keep flowing in during the transition, so nothing is lost.

What do I need from BoldTrail to set this up?

You need an active BoldTrail account and an API token generated by an account admin in Lead Engine, then Lead Dropbox. A Contacts-scoped token covers name, email, and phone; an “All”-scope token unlocks additional fields like lead source and tags for mapping on request. You supply the token to Pipeline Connect through a secure intake form, and our team handles the rest. Because the data belongs to you, we keep the connection strictly one-way out of your own BoldTrail account.

Does the connection keep working after a year?

BoldTrail API tokens expire one year after they are generated, so once a year you regenerate the token in BoldTrail and re-supply it to us. Our team monitors the connection and handles fixes, and we help you reconnect when the yearly token needs refreshing, so the flow of leads into Pipeline CRM continues.

How long does setup take?

Because moving off a competing CRM is a custom build, the timeline depends on how much field mapping and contact migration your setup needs. Once you supply your BoldTrail API token, the Pipeline CRM team scopes the mapping, configures deduplication, runs an end-to-end test with a live test lead, and turns on ongoing capture. Your team does not configure anything itself. We will confirm a timeline during scoping.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your BoldTrail API token is submitted through a secure intake form and stored with industry-standard secrets management. The integration runs on isolated infrastructure per customer. Lead data flows directly from BoldTrail into your Pipeline CRM account with no third-party data warehouse in between, and only in that one direction. Pipeline CRM’s team follows security best practices for credential handling. If you want to rotate your token at any time, contact support through Pipeline CRM live chat and we will redeploy the integration with the new token.
