Landing Page & Form Integration for Pipeline CRM
Every form submission becomes a person and a deal in Pipeline CRM. Automatically.
When someone fills out a form on your landing page, the lead lands in Pipeline CRM the moment they hit submit. They sync as a person, a deal is created and named for the form, and every answer they gave is mapped to the right field. Your reps follow up on new leads instead of retyping them. No CSV exports. No brittle Zapier zap. No copy and paste.

At a Glance
The landing page and form integration turns every submission into a complete Pipeline CRM record. The person who submitted lands as a contact (deduplicated on email, so an existing contact is updated, not duplicated), a deal is created and named for the form, and every field they filled in is mapped to the right place, including custom questions like budget, team size, or use case. UTMs on the page ride along as custom fields when present, so you can tie each lead back to the campaign that drove it. We connect the form on your own page or website, or we can host a form for you. This is a fully managed service. Pipeline Connect builds and runs the connection for you for $99/month, with no Zapier subscription and no manual configuration.
Retype every lead, or none
The clearest way to see what a managed integration is worth: the busywork it deletes, next to what it makes automatic.
Doing it by hand
Every lead, every time
- Get the notification, or check the form tool later
- Retype the name, email, and company into Pipeline CRM
- Copy each form answer into the right field
- Create a deal and set its source

Scope
Tell us where your form lives, on your own page or a form we host for you, and the fields you collect. Share a sample submission so we can map it.
Build & test
We build the connection to a tested template and map your fields to Pipeline CRM people and deals, then test it end to end with a live submission.
Go live
Every submission flows into Pipeline CRM the moment it happens. Live in 5 business days from intake.
What you’ll need to get started
If you’re already collecting leads through a form, you almost certainly have everything below. Here’s how the responsibility splits between you and the Pipeline CRM team during onboarding.
You provide
- An active Pipeline CRM account with API access, so we can create your people and deals
- Your form fields and the page or form you want connected, or ask us to host a form for you
- Your brand assets and copy only if you want us to design the landing page itself, which is a custom-scoped add-on
- ~15 minutes to submit the details through the secure intake form
We handle
- Building the form-to-CRM connection, whether it embeds on your own page or runs on a form we host for you
- Field-mapping configuration, default mapping plus any custom questions you collect
- Deduplication on email and UTM capture so leads stay clean and attributed
- End-to-end testing with a live test submission before we flip the integration on
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance, with fixes if anything changes on your form’s side
Someone submits. The rest is already done
One thing has to happen: a visitor fills out your form. Everything after that is work your team no longer does.
Action
A visitor submits your form
That’s it. No notification to action, nothing to copy over.
Here is exactly what moves, field by field. Mapping is set up by the Pipeline CRM team during your 5-business-day onboarding; the defaults below cover the vast majority of forms, and custom mappings are available on request.
| Form field | Maps to in Pipeline CRM | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| full_name (or first + last) | Person: First Name + Last Name | A single name field is split on the first space |
| Person: Email | Required. Dedup key. Existing person is updated, not duplicated. | |
| phone | Person: Phone | If your form collects it |
| company | Person: Company Name | If collected |
| custom questions (budget, use case, and so on) | Person + Deal: Custom Fields | Mapped to your fields during onboarding |
| (generated) | Deal: Name | Format: “Web form: {form name} – {contact name}” |
| utm_source / utm_campaign / utm_medium | Person + Deal: Custom Fields | Captured from the page URL when present |
| (generated) | Deal: Source | The form or campaign name, for source-of-deal attribution |
Who runs landing page leads into Pipeline CRM
Scenario 1: Agency running paid traffic to landing pages
The situation: A 25-person agency sends paid traffic to campaign landing pages, and the leads collect in a form tool. Every morning a coordinator exports them and retypes each one into Pipeline CRM, often a day late, and the campaign that drove each lead gets lost along the way.
With Pipeline Connect: The moment a form is submitted, the lead syncs as a person, a deal is created with the campaign source attached, and the rep sees it in their pipeline instantly. Nobody exports or retypes anything, and attribution is intact.
Verdict: If your leads arrive faster than anyone can enter them, Pipeline Connect closes the gap for $99/month and every submission shows up as a real, attributed deal.
Scenario 2: SaaS with a “request a demo” form on its own site
The situation: A software company runs a demo-request form on its marketing site. Submissions email the sales alias, and whoever sees it first copies the details into Pipeline CRM. High-intent leads slip through when the inbox gets busy.
With Pipeline Connect: Every demo request creates a person and a deal in Pipeline CRM the instant it’s submitted, with the source set and custom qualifying answers mapped to your fields. The right rep is looking at a complete deal, not scrolling their inbox.
Verdict: If demo requests live in an inbox instead of your pipeline, Pipeline Connect makes the record automatic for $99/month so no high-intent lead goes cold.
Scenario 3: Replacing a broken Zapier form zap
The situation: A 30-person sales team uses a Zapier zap to push form submissions into Pipeline CRM. It breaks whenever a field is renamed or a form changes, and nobody notices for days. Their Zapier subscription runs about $50/month for this one workflow, and debugging costs their ops person hours each time.
With Pipeline Connect: Pipeline CRM’s team sets up and maintains the integration. Our team monitors the connection and handles fixes, so nobody on your side has to troubleshoot it. Total cost: $99/month with $0 setup fee.
Verdict: If you’re paying for Zapier and still losing leads when it breaks, Pipeline Connect costs about $50 more per month but includes setup, monitoring, maintenance, and 4 more integrations of your choosing.
Every form fill lands in Pipeline CRM with the source attached. Your reps follow up, they don’t do data entry.

How does the landing page and form integration work?
When a visitor submits your form, our integration receives the submission and creates the records in Pipeline CRM. The person’s name and email go on a new contact (existing contacts are matched on email and updated, not duplicated), and phone and company sync too when your form collects them. A deal is created and named for the form, with the lead source set. A visitor’s custom answers map to your Pipeline CRM custom fields. The whole flow happens in seconds, so your reps follow up on leads instead of entering them.
Can you connect a form on my own website?
Yes. We can connect a form that already lives on your own landing page or website, so submissions flow into Pipeline CRM without changing where the form lives. If you don’t have a form yet, we can host one for you and connect it the same way. Both options are included in your Pipeline Connect plan.
Do you build the landing page itself?
The connection between your form and Pipeline CRM is included in your plan, and we can host a simple form for you. If you want us to design and host a full branded landing page, that’s a custom-scoped add-on we’ll quote separately. Most customers connect a form they already have, which needs no design work.
What about my custom form fields?
Custom fields are supported. The default mapping covers name, email, phone, and company, but if your form captures additional information like budget, team size, or use case, our team will map those to Pipeline CRM custom fields during setup. Share a sample submission during your sales call and we will spec the mapping before provisioning starts.
How long does setup take?
Pipeline Connect goes live in 5 business days from the moment you submit your details through our secure intake form. You don’t configure anything yourself. Our team handles the full setup: building the connection, mapping fields, configuring deduplication and attribution, and end-to-end testing with a live test submission.
How is this different from Zapier or native form connectors?
Zapier and native form connectors put the setup, maintenance, and debugging burden on you. Pipeline Connect is fully managed for $99/month. Our team builds the integration to a tested template, maps it specifically to how Pipeline CRM handles people and deals, monitors it, and fixes it if it breaks. There is no Zapier subscription, no zap to maintain, and no third-party dashboard to log into. One bill from Pipeline CRM covers everything. If you already have a developer and prefer to build with our public API, that path is available too.
