Leadinfo + Pipeline CRM Integration

The companies visiting your website become records in Pipeline CRM. Automatically.

When Leadinfo identifies the company behind a visit to your website, that company lands in Pipeline CRM the moment the match happens. The company is created or enriched with its firmographics, a deal is opened for it, and the visit is logged as a note. Your reps see which companies are researching you and can work them as real deals, not a line in an analytics report. Data flows one way, from Leadinfo into Pipeline CRM. No CSV exports. No copy-paste from the Leadinfo dashboard.

What lands in Pipeline CRM

New or enriched Company

Company name, website, industry, size, and location from Leadinfo firmographics. Deduplicated on domain, so an existing company is updated, not duplicated.

New Deal for the account

A deal is opened for the identified company with source set to “Leadinfo”, ready for a rep to pick up.

Visit context logged

The pages viewed and the visit time are logged as a note on the company. Company-level only, no individual-person tracking.

Overview

At a Glance

The Leadinfo integration for Pipeline CRM is a managed, one-way connection that turns anonymous B2B website traffic into company records in Pipeline CRM. When Leadinfo identifies the company behind a visit, Pipeline Connect creates or enriches that company, opens a deal for it, and logs the visit as a note. Identification is company-level only, never individual people. Pipeline Connect builds and runs the connection for you from $99/month (billed annually).

Why it matters

A dashboard to check, or deals already waiting

The clearest way to see what a managed connection is worth: the busywork it deletes, next to what it makes automatic.

Doing it by hand

Every identified company, every day

  1. Open the Leadinfo dashboard to see who visited
  2. Copy the company name and look up its details
  3. Search Pipeline CRM to see if the company already exists
  4. Create the company and a deal, and set the source by hand
  5. Most identified companies never get worked at all

Another tab to check  ·  duplicates  ·  lost pipeline

With Pipeline Connect

You do nothing. The account is already there

  • Company created or enriched the moment Leadinfo identifies it
  • Firmographics mapped to your company fields
  • Deal opened for the account, source attached
  • Visit context logged as a note, company-level only
  • Connection monitored and maintained for you

No tab to check  ·  no duplicates  ·  every account worked

How it works

Three steps to your first identified company

1

Connect

In your Leadinfo account, you create a Webhook connector and point it at the secure Pipeline Connect endpoint we provide. We walk you through it.

2

Map

Your Leadinfo firmographic fields are mapped to Pipeline CRM company fields, with domain set as the dedup key. Custom mappings on request.

3

Capture

Every identified company flows into Pipeline CRM in real time as a company, a deal, and a logged visit note. Timeline to go live depends on scope.

What you need

What you’ll need to get started

Because Leadinfo has no public API, the connection runs through Leadinfo’s own Webhook connector. Here is how the responsibility splits between you and the Pipeline CRM team during onboarding.

You provide

  • A Leadinfo plan that includes the Webhook connector. This connector is on Leadinfo’s higher tiers (Scale or Pro); the entry Starter tier does not include it
  • Admin access to your Leadinfo account so you can create the Webhook connector and generate its API key and secret
  • ~15 minutes to create the connector and point it at the endpoint we provide
  • Awareness of your plan’s identified-company cap. Leadinfo limits how many companies it identifies per month by tier, and that cap sets how many records can flow in

We handle

  • The secure Pipeline Connect endpoint that receives your identified-company data from Leadinfo
  • Field-mapping configuration, firmographics to your Pipeline CRM company fields, plus any custom mapping you need
  • Company deduplication on domain so an existing company is enriched, never duplicated
  • End-to-end testing with a live test company before we turn the connection on
  • Ongoing monitoring and maintenance, with fixes if Leadinfo changes anything on their side
What flows in

A company visits. The record is already there

One thing has to happen: Leadinfo identifies a company on your site. Everything after that is work your team no longer does.

Here is exactly what moves, field by field. Data flows one way, from Leadinfo into Pipeline CRM, in real time through the Webhook connector. Who it’s for

Who runs Leadinfo companies into Pipeline CRM

Scenario 1: B2B software team working inbound demand

The situation: A 40-person B2B software company drives steady traffic to its site, but the vast majority of visitors never fill in a form. Leadinfo identifies the companies behind that traffic, yet the list sits in a separate dashboard that reps rarely open. The accounts researching the product go unworked.

With Pipeline Connect: The moment Leadinfo identifies a company, it is created or enriched in Pipeline CRM and a deal is opened with the visit logged as a note. Reps see the account in their pipeline without ever opening Leadinfo, and can reach out while interest is fresh.

Verdict: If your best-fit companies visit and leave anonymous, this connection puts them in front of the reps who can act, as part of your Pipeline Connect plan from $99/month.

Scenario 2: Account-based sales team tracking target accounts

The situation: A sales team runs an account-based motion against a defined target list. When a target account visits the website it is a strong buying signal, but the signal lives in Leadinfo and never reaches the deal record where the rep is working the account.

With Pipeline Connect: Each identified company flows into Pipeline CRM and enriches the existing company record (matched on domain), with the visit logged as a note on the account. The rep sees a target account is active without leaving the CRM.

Verdict: If website visits from target accounts are a signal your reps should act on, this connection lands that signal on the record for $99/month.

Scenario 3: Marketing team routing identified accounts to sales

The situation: A marketing team uses Leadinfo to see which companies its campaigns bring in, but handing those companies to sales is a manual weekly export. By the time a rep sees the list, the visit is days old and the momentum is gone.

With Pipeline Connect: Identified companies are created as deals in Pipeline CRM in real time, with the source attached for attribution. Marketing can see which campaigns drive real accounts, and sales gets the account the day it visits, not a week later.

Verdict: If your identified-company list only reaches sales as a stale export, this connection makes the handoff automatic for $99/month.

The bottom line
~5 min
saved researching and logging every company Leadinfo identifies

The companies already researching you show up in Pipeline CRM as deals your reps can work, instead of staying anonymous traffic in a dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you need? Contact our team.

How does the Leadinfo integration work?

Leadinfo identifies the company behind a visit to your website and sends that company to Pipeline Connect in real time through its Webhook connector. Our integration then creates or enriches a company in Pipeline CRM (matched on domain, so an existing company is updated rather than duplicated), fills in firmographics like industry, size, and location, opens a deal for the account with source “Leadinfo”, and logs the visit as a note on the company. Data flows one way, from Leadinfo into Pipeline CRM, so your reps see the accounts researching you without opening the Leadinfo dashboard.

Does this identify the individual people who visit my site?

No. Leadinfo and this integration work at the company level. What flows into Pipeline CRM is the identified organization behind a visit, its firmographics, and company-level browsing context, never a named individual or personal identity. That keeps the connection focused on account-level buying signals and avoids the consent and privacy questions that come with person-level web tracking.

Which Leadinfo plan do I need?

You need a Leadinfo plan that includes its Webhook connector. That connector is available on Leadinfo’s higher tiers (Scale and Pro at the time of writing); the entry Starter tier does not include it. Your Leadinfo plan also sets how many companies Leadinfo identifies each month, which in turn caps how many records flow into Pipeline CRM. Check your current Leadinfo tier before your onboarding call, since plan availability can change.

Is the data one-way or two-way?

One-way. Identified-company data flows from Leadinfo into Pipeline CRM. Changes you make to a company or deal in Pipeline CRM are not written back to Leadinfo. This keeps the connection simple and predictable: Leadinfo is the source of the buying signal, and Pipeline CRM is where your team works the account.

How long does setup take, and what does it cost?

Leadinfo is part of Pipeline Connect, which starts at $99/month for up to 5 integrations with a $0 setup fee. Because the connection uses your Leadinfo Webhook connector, we confirm the exact scope with you on a short call, then build, test, and run it for you. Timeline to go live depends on scope, and we will give you a clear estimate on that call. You do not configure the Pipeline CRM side yourself; our team handles the endpoint, field mapping, deduplication, and testing.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your Leadinfo connector sends data to a secure Pipeline Connect endpoint, and the connector’s API key and secret are handled with industry-standard secrets management. The integration runs on isolated infrastructure per customer, and company data flows directly from Leadinfo into your Pipeline CRM account with no third-party data warehouse in between. If you ever need to rotate your connector credentials, contact support through Pipeline CRM live chat and we will redeploy the connection with the new credentials.
