eSign emails are sent instantly once you hit “Send.” Most recipients receive them within minutes. You’ll also get real-time updates as your document is viewed, signed, or completed.
No, all documents for eSign requests must be created using Instant Docs. You also cannot upload your own signature image at this time.
Yes. If a contract hasn’t been signed yet, you can cancel the eSign request directly from your Pipeline CRM dashboard. This allows you to fix errors, make changes, or halt a deal that’s no longer active.
