I absolutely love working on Pipeline.

Pros
Pipeline is super easy to use and integrate with other software. It allows efficient management of campaigns/projects and even links emails for the related campaign to the project. Keeps all information usable and easy to access. Love it.

Cons
There were some issues with real-life updates in the comments, but after reaching out to customer service, they fixed it for us. Other than that, there doesn't seem to be much more I would want from Pipeline.

Excellent product for starting businesses who need to keep their sales in order [...] and keep track of the products sold.

Pros:
1. Since we’ve connected this with our telephone system as well as intercom chat system, this allows us to keep everything in one place for sales
2. It can also be used for a customer service database to keep track of all the products purchased by the customers
3. Unlimited fields can be added
4. Support is very easy to reach

Cons:
